Ruby’s Kundalini sessions are powerful, dynamic, and are the ‘high energy’ part of your day! Kundalini creates noticeable changes in body, mind, and spirit in a just a few sessions.

Ruby teaches Kundalini Yoga classes in the traditional style, having studied for 4 years of under Yogi Bhajan, she adapts each class in unique ways for each setting, and each student.

A Kundalini yoga class will help to increase flexibility, strengthen your core, boost your immune system, expand your lung capacity, stimulate your nervous system, glandular system, urinary system and increase blood flow.

Ruby’s Kundalini yoga class includes centering oneself with sound and a gentle mantra, then she takes the class through a warm up before a specific yoga posturs set begins. Deep relaxation and meditation allow you to return your body to a more relaxed state. Ruby loves to incorporate sound, lighting, and musical elements into her classes, and she hopes to leave you with more than just another yoga class.

Yin Yoga is a powerful practice that targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body.

Yin Yoga classes involves a relaxed practice of floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time. There are far fewer postures in Yin Yoga as are found in more active styles, with approximately three dozen postures in total. In a 60 minute Yin Yoga class, you can expect to do about 8 poses.


Yin Yoga is the perfect answer to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga.

Each posture during a Yin yoga class is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving you with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. Although Yin Yoga is a more passive practice it can be challenging due to the length of time postures are held.
